Marathon

Just to keep this thing updated, a couple weeks ago, I decided to start training for the New Jersey marathon in April.
I am also going to run in the Baltimore Half Marathon on October 14.

My current weight is 207 lbs. I am running 9 minute miles, and am running between 3 and 5 miles 4 times a week. Tomorrow, I bump up to 6 miles.
