Day 25

More disapointing news from the scale. But then both my lunch and dinner were pretty bad.

Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds
Snack - Half a granolla bar

Gym - random weight lifting

Lunch - Leftover chinese food from yesterday
Snack - Half a granolla bar

Gym - weight : 245
Stairmaster - 48 minutes, 197 floors, 666 calories

Dinner - More chinese food (gen tso)
