Day 10

Breakfast - plain oatmeal
Snack - Half a granolla bar
Lunch - Cheese steak, no bread.
Snack - Other half of Granolla bar
Dinner - Chicken Quesadilla, 1 beer (I know, I know) 60 minute IPA


Gym:
Weight - 251
Stairmaster - 450 calories (short workout), 35 minutes
