Day 23

Breakfast - plain oatmeal with flax seed and crushed almonds.
Snack - half a granolla bar
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Ceaser Salad
Snack - other half of granolla bar

Gym - weight: 245 lbs
Stairmaster - 48 minutes, 201 floors, 682 calories.

Dinner - cauliflower and chicken.
