Day 3

Breakfast (6:30 am) : 2 eggs, sunny side up.
Lunch (11:30 am) : 1/2 lbs Tuna salad.
Dinner (8:00 pm) : 1.5 sauteyed chicken breasts.
Snack : 3 sugar free low carb popsicles. (i know, i was bad, but one after the gym, one after cutting the lawn, and one after dinner.)

Gym (5:00 pm)
weight : 256.5 lbs
stairmaster : 48 minutes, level 7, 698 calories, 197 stories.
