Day 24

Not a good day...
No weight loss, and not a good lunch.


Breakfast - plain oatmeal, with flax seed and crushed almonds.
Snack - Half a granolla bar
Lunch - bag of beef jerky
Snack - Half a granolla bar

Gym - weight : 245
Stairmaster - 48 minutes, 200 floors, 677 calories.

Dinner - Chinese food - Chicken with broccli.
