Day 26

Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds (are we noticing a trend yet?)
Snack - Half a granolla bar
Lunch - 1 lbs Chicken Salad. (It was too good. I couldn't stop halfway)

Gym - weight : 245 lbs.
Stairmaster - 200 stories, 48 minutes, 671 calories (i think)

Dinner - Chicken quesadilla
