Day 27

Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, cruched almonds

Gym - weight: 243 lbs
stairmaster : 48 minutes, 197 floors, 665 calories

lunch - 3 sunny side up eggs.
Second Lunch - a number of burgers and hotdogs, no buns.
Dinner - one more burger, and a salad.

Terrible eating day....
