Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds (have I mentioned how much I hate oatmeal?)
Gym - weight : 241 lbs
Stairmaster - 48 minutes, 197 floors, 656 calories.
(Maybe I should increase my level soon. But whenever I try that, my body refuses to keep up.)
Lunch - Buffalo Chicken bites
Dinner - Chicken parmesian. (sp?)
