Day 29
Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds.
Snack - half a granolla bar.
Gym - weight : 241 lbs (not my usual scale)
Random weight training, situps
Lunch - Chicken Salad (.66 lbs) and half a granolla bar
Snack - Chicken Salad (.33 lbs)
No evening gym today. Did cut the lawn, which takes about 1.5 hrs, and gets my heart pumping.
Dinner - Chicken breast cooked with onion, garlic, and red pepper.
I reconsidered the gym thing. I decided to go :)
Gym - weight : 243 lbs
Stairmaster : 48 minutes, 197 floors, 661 calories.
