Day 30
Gosh, 30 days? I feel like I have been doing this forever! I've been having these snack cravings all morning. I ate my granolla bar a full half hour before I am supposed to have it. And I am still craving something to munch on. Not a good sign.
Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds
Snack - Half a granolla bar
Gym : weight 239 lbs (again, not my normal scale)
Did some random weights, and maybe 35inclined situps.
Lunch : Leftover chicken breast
Snack : half a granolla bar
Again, it doesn't look like I will get to the gym this evening, but I will be helping a friend move, so that will be something...
So I did end up going to the gym after helping my friend move :)
Gym - weight - 241 lbs
Stairmaster - 48 minutes, 197 floors
Dinner : Indian chicken in dahl. 2 spoons of rice.
Go me! :)
