Day 31

Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds.
Snack - whole Granolla bar. I couldn't resist... :(

more bad eating news today. I am doing aweful with this diet thing...

Lunch - footlong chicken cheese steak (no bread)

Snack 2 (we had a baby shower at work) - some sort of cheese cake custard (only a 2"x2" square)
Snack 3 - 1 more whole granolla bar

Gym - weight - 240 lbs
stairmaster - 197 floors, 48 min, 651 calories.

Dinner - Indian style chicken breast.
