Day 32

Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds
Snack - some cheese cake squares

Gym - some weight lifting

Lunch - indian chicken leftovers
Snack - half a granolla bar

Gym - weight : 240 lbs
Stairmaster - 48 minutes, 197 floors, 651 calories

Dinner - 5 crabs, cream of crab soup.
