Day 33

Breakfast: 2.5 eggs (why eat half an egg? I made 5 and split it with my dad)

Gym : weight - 240 lbs (hmm, maybe i've hit another plateau)
Stairmaster - 48 minutes, 197 floors, 653 calories

Lunch : Indian chicken, bowl of plain non fat yogurt.
