Day 35

Another bad day.

Breakfast : plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds

Gym : weight : 241 lbs
stairmaster - 48 minutes, 197 floors

Lunch : calamari, large fresh squeezed lemonade. Coconut sorbet.
(went to an italian festival)

second lunch : grilled chicken ceaser salad.

Dinner : indian chicken, bowl of plain yogurt.
