Day 36

Went to the gym twice today. I think I will try to do that all week, since I don't have to be at work until 8, as opposed to 7.

Morning Gym : Weight - 240 lbs
Stairmaster - 48 min, 197 floors, 653 calories

3 granolla bars (between the gym and lunch)

Lunch : cheese steak, no bread.

Gym : Weight - 240 lbs
Stairmaster - 48 minutes, 197 floors, 653 calories

Dinner : indian chicken, plain yogurt
