Morning gym : weight - 237 lbs.
Stairmaster - 40 minutes, 164 floors, 537 calories

Breakfast - 2 granolla bars.

Lunch - Subway Turkey Bacon Melt

Evening gym : weight - 238 lbs.
Eliptical cross trainer - 20 minutes, 400 calories
Stairmaster - 200 calories, ~100 floors.

Dinner - Refried beans, salsa, and taco shells.
