Day 42

Gym : weight - 234 lbs.
Stairmaster (used a different machine today, so it may not be the same) : 200 floors, 45 minutes, 450 calories. (I'm not sure why it says I burned so many fewer calories than my normal stairmaster. I was only 3 minutes short, yet hit the same number of stairs. Oh well)

Brunch - fish and crab meat.

Dinner - Cuban steak, empanadas, a little bit of rice.
