Day 43

Breakfast - plain oatmeal, flax seed meal, crushed almonds (back to my old routine :P)
Snack - 2 Granolla bars
Lunch - 1 lbs of chicken salad

Gym - weight: 238 lbs
Stairmaster - 48 min, 197 floors, 647 calories

Dinner - personal pizza. Just a note: I just looked at the box, and saw that the pizza has 400 calories. There goes the 48 minutes on the stairmaster :(
