Day 45

Breakfast - Plain oatmeal, flax seed meal
Snack - Beef jerky
Lunch - Salmon filet

Gym - weight: 235 lbs
Stairmaster - 10 minutes, 40 floors (abbreviated because I had no time today)

Snack - Pretzel-dog
Dinner - Chicken tenders, 2 beers
