Day 48

Gym - weight: 229.5 lbs
Stairmaster - 48 min, 197 floors, 623 cal

Brunch - orange juice, 2.5 scrambled eggs
Dinner - Chicken Chimichanga, some margaritas, whiskey sour, rum and coke.
Not a good evening :) Watch me gain 5 pounds in the morning...
