Day 49

Cut the grass this morning. I always consider it a workout. About an hour of pushing a lawnmower back and forth in the hot sun...

Gym : weight - 230 lbs
Stairmaster - 49 min (added a minute), 201 floors, 639 cal

Lunch - 1 glass OJ, some wings

Dinner - Black beans, rice, KFC
