Day 50

50 days since the beginning of the diet.
The compliments are starting to make me blush :)
I told my friend Dawn that she can't compliment me anymore. (She couldn't stop herself, and it was getting a little uncomfortable)

Breakfast - 1 Granolla bar.
Lunch - Cheese steak, no bread
Snack - 1 Granolla bar

Gym - weight : 234 lbs (wtf?!?)
Stairmaster - 49 min, 201 floors, 650 cal

Dinner - rotisserie chicken, salad, half a quesadilla
