Day 51

Breakfast - 1 banana
Snack - 1 granolla bar
Early lunch - Salad w/ chick peas

Gym - Stairmaster - 45 min, 193 floors, 624 cal

Late lunch - Chicken breast.

Dinner - 1 Italian Sausage, 3 hotdogs. (with bread :( I was at the baseball game, and it was a moment of weakness)
