Day 53

Breakfast - bowl of plain yogurt
Early lunch - half bowl of chicken salad

Gym - weight : 233 lbs
5 min warmup on stairmaster : 17 floors
Chest and arm weightlifting
30 min finish up on stairmaster : 122 floors, 394 cal
5 min cool down jog.

Second lunch : second half of chicken salad.
Dinner : sushi with rice :(
