Day 54
Late Breakfast : 2 eggs, scrambled
Did some lawn work, trimming hedges and all.
Gym: weight - 229 lbs
stairmaster : 201 floors, 49 min, ~6?? calories
Early dinner : Indian curry chicken, saag, rice (this rice thing is getting to be a habit)
Late dinner : indian fried dough in yogurt (can't think of the name at the moment...)
