Day 61

I lost track of this for the past several days.
I was on travel and didn't have access to a decent gym, but I did manage to ride an exercise bike for an hour every day...

Breakfast - cheese omlette.
Gym - 229 lbs
Stairmaster: 50 min, 222 floors, 704 cal (level 8)
Lunch - little bit of chicken salad
Dinner - chicken fingers, 3 beers :(
