Day 72

Weight : 229 lbs. Hmm, and I was so excited to have finally broken the 40 pound mark. Ahh well.

Lunch time gym : incline chest - 3 sets of 10, 35 lbs
curls - 4 sets of 10
triceps - 3 sets of 10

Gym : 5 minute warm up on cross training eliptical machine.
stairmaster : 50 minutes, 222 floors, 704 calories, level 8
