I can not seem to stay motivated in keeping this up to date!
breakfast:
pizza rolls (so healthy)
apple pie
snack:
nature valley peanut granola bar
gym: weigh in at 253 lbs
15 minutes on the eliptical cross trainer as a warmup
shoulders, biceps, and bench (65lbs on each hand for the bench)
legs (lift, pull down, and press)
30 minutes on the stairmaster to finish it off
