Weight : 229 lbs. Hmm, and I was so excited to have finally broken the 40 pound mark. Ahh well.

Day 71
Been of the diet for a while now. I've been eating little bits of chocolate here and there. SOme birthday cake, ice cream, beer. Chips! Its been terrible. And I have made no progress at all. I am still pretty much exactly where I was 3 weeks ago. But at least I haven't picked up any weight. For that I am grateful. I thought I would at least have picked up 5 pounds or so.
In fact, I even missed 4 days at the gym in there.
Anyway, here are the stats:

I have less than 2 weeks before flying to Mexico. Now is the time to stick to it! I have not come all this way to give up now!

Day 61
I lost track of this for the past several days.
I was on travel and didn't have access to a decent gym, but I did manage to ride an exercise bike for an hour every day...
Breakfast - cheese omlette.
Gym - 229 lbs
Stairmaster: 50 min, 222 floors, 704 cal (level 8)
Lunch - little bit of chicken salad
Dinner - chicken fingers, 3 beers :(

Did some lawn work, trimming hedges and all.

Early dinner : Indian curry chicken, saag, rice (this rice thing is getting to be a habit)
Late dinner : indian fried dough in yogurt (can't think of the name at the moment...)
